Portal privacy

Version 1.0 · November 1, 2026

In short

1Who is responsible for your data

The agency that gave you access (its name appears on the sign-in screen) is the one that decides what your data is used for in the portal: your name, your email, what you comment on, approve or upload. If you want to know what it keeps, correct it or ask for it to be deleted, write directly to the agency.

Prisma provides the tool and processes that data solely on the agency’s behalf, to store it, show it to those the agency authorizes and send the portal’s emails. It does not sell it or use it for other purposes.

2What data is stored

3Cookies

The portal uses only the cookies necessary for it to work, and that is why we don’t ask you to accept them:

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies within the portal. If your agency includes in a piece of content a video or document from another service (for example YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive or Canva), that service may set its own cookies when you open it.

4Security

Each agency’s data is separate from that of the others, it is stored on Hostinger servers in Brazil, everything travels over a secure connection (HTTPS) and access to the server is restricted.

5Contact

To exercise your rights over your data, write to your agency. If you need help from Prisma, write to us at info@usaprisma.com or to Ripia Administración y Asesorías SpA, Santa Magdalena 75, oficina 304, piso 3, Providencia, Santiago, Chile. The full details are in the terms of use.
